The Western Bulldogs Community Foundation’s Sons of the West program is returning to Sunbury in 2022, with registrations now open! Sessions will be held at Sunbury Downs College from 6.30 on Tuesday evenings from March 15th and is open to all men over 18!

Year 12 student Eloise Burton has been recognised by the Victorian Bar and Hume City Council for her academic excellence in Legal Studies. For this she has been awarded $1500 towards her future studies.
Our Year 12 students have one thing locked down right now and that is their routine. They have managed to find the balance between school, work and a personal life. The pressure of Year 12 is starting to kick in, to support them Mr Bongiovanni decided to give the Study Centre a bit of a makeover.
I was delighted to have Jesse Ramsay from Sunbury Downs College for Work Experience. Jesse joined me at Spring Street, to get a real insight into my role as Parliamentary Secretary for Youth and Multicultural Affairs.
The Debating and Public Speaking Club had another COVID affected year this year, following on from last year’s abandoned competition. It was pleasing though that the debating competition did at least run for 3 of the scheduled 5 rounds.
