Emily Watts 12V – Cert III Patisserie.

Emily has secured a part time Patisserie apprenticeship with Fergusson Plarres working in their commercial kitchen to produce sweet and savoury goods for their stores.

Emily’s skills and passion for the industry shone through to secure the opportunity and will complete her TAFE training through William Angliss.
